Here is a Altered Journal that I made with a Encaustic covering and a decoupaged vintage image

  • Journaling helps reduce stress---Somehow just writing down your thoughts helps your mind move on something else.
  • Journaling keeps your memoir.   It might not be perfect however it might be helpful to someone   once you are gone.
