Something Beautiful Monday!!!!

I am linking this post to Renee's Something Beautiful Mondays. Take a look at her blog if you have a chance.
There is always something beautiful when you wake up knowing Jesus. This is a photo of my two dogs, Adelaide and Neptune. Adelaide is tall one -unknown bred and the short one is Neptune, he is a Yorkie that his hair color didnt turn out right per the breeder. We love our dogs.
Today, I started a prayer journal. I have never had one before. We received in our ladies bible study group. The journal is So if you have any prayers, spoken or unspoken, just send me an email. I would love to add you to my list. I will not share them with anyone except our Lord.
Psalm 121:1-2 (New King James Version)
1 I will lift up my eyes to the hills—
From whence comes my help?
2 My help comes from the LORD,
Who made heaven and earth.
Living in God's Graces,
Kim

  1. Hi Kim,

Your Prayer Journal sounds amazing. It is so enjoyable to pray for others, I always love knowing that I am asking for God's blessings on others and they don't even know, the power of prayer.

Our Pastor's wife did a Bible Class two years ago "Praying In Color" and I just love it. It's for those of us (ME) who's thoughts wander while praying. I love it.

Your puppies are beautiful, thank you for sharing.

Hugs, and BLESSINGS on your day,

    Joyce

  2. hey kim - love your prayer journal. the power of prayer is so amazing and i just love it when i find other women who believe in prayer so strongly!

that verse in psalms is one of my favorites.

please put my friend, Sandra, in your prayers. she got really sick last week and it appears, after an MRI and MRA that she had a stroke in her spinal cord. they also found 'soemthing' on her spinal chord. not sure what.they did a spinal tap today and are sending the fluid off for tests. she is feeling really rough right now and i would appreciate all the prayers! we serve a GOD who can!

  4. Kim,
You will love that prayer journal. The best part of having one is looking back over this one in future years. You will see how God worked in the lives of those you prayed for and in your life too.
    Love to you,
    Debbie

  6. Oh my goodness, what beautiful dogs!! Especially the Yorkie! I LOVE Yorkies, in fact, I have an adorable Yorkie I was planning on featuring on a future Something Beautiful. What are your Yorkie's colors? It's hard to see because he's so small in the picture. Mine was born very dark and beautiful, but his coloring turned very light as he got a little older. He doesn't even look like the same dog, but he's still beautiful.

Also, I love your idea of a prayer journal. Writing answered prayers is also a wonderful thing, because you can look back and be encouraged.

Thanks for sharing with us today! And I'm glad you liked your award!

    Have a great day!

  8. I returned the visit Kim, and I am so glad I did! Your blog is beautiful, but the first thing that caught my eye, were your babies (dogs). I absolutely love dogs and relish any post/pictures of them.

I love the idea of your prayer journal. Please include my 2 children if you can. I have a 20 yo son and a 17 yo daughter. The prayer request is simple: for their hearts to be turned back to the Father. They are prodigals.

I will enjoy visiting your blog Kim, blessing to you!
